VR Speech and Hearing Clinic, a leading center for advanced audiology and speech-language services, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Grade II Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality assessment and therapy services for patients of all ages, helping them overcome communication and swallowing challenges with compassion and clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
- Develop and execute personalized therapy plans to address each patient’s communication and swallowing needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on communication strategies, therapy goals, and progress.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation in line with clinic and Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) guidelines.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all clinical practices.
- Collaborate closely with audiologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and pediatricians to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in community screening programs and public awareness initiatives.
- Engage in continuing education, workshops, and research projects to stay updated with the latest advancements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong clinical aptitude may also apply).
- Strong foundation in modern assessment and therapy practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical setup.
- Must meet all eligibility criteria and professional norms stipulated by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) for the position of Grade II Speech-Language Pathologist.
