VR Speech and Hearing Clinic is seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist specializing in Adult Vestibular Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, creating individualized rehabilitation programs to enhance recovery, restore function, and improve quality of life. You will work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate vestibular function, balance, dizziness, and coordination.
- Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans targeting vertigo reduction, postural control, and mobility improvement.
- Collaborate with audiologists, ENT specialists, and rehabilitation teams to ensure cohesive, outcome-driven care.
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, fractures, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and execute individualized rehabilitation protocols focused on restoring strength, flexibility, endurance, and joint function.
- Employ manual therapy, mobilization, exercise prescription, and patient education to accelerate recovery.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide therapy to children with developmental delays, neuromuscular, or orthopedic conditions.
- Design engaging, age-appropriate exercise and rehabilitation programs to promote motor development and functional independence.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home-based exercise routines, posture correction, and therapy continuation.
- Create a supportive, fun, and motivating environment to encourage active participation from children.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Stay current with the latest advances in physiotherapy through workshops, professional courses, and peer collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Adhere to clinical safety standards and ethical practices to ensure patient well-being.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Telugu and proficient in English (knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is an advantage).
- Strong clinical and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn new therapy techniques and adapt to evolving clinical methods.
