Key Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized therapy plans focusing on behavioral modification, speech development, and special education needs.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral and developmental assessments to identify each child’s strengths, challenges, and therapy goals.
Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians to provide a holistic treatment approach.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the clinic’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Record patient history, therapy progress, and behavioral changes systematically.
Prepare progress reports and communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team.
Provide parental guidance and counseling to support therapy goals at home.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in behavioral therapy, child psychology, and special education techniques.
Integrate innovative, evidence-based strategies into daily therapy sessions.
Actively participate in professional workshops, seminars, and in-house training programs.
Qualifications
Certification in Behavioral Therapy from a recognized institution.
Experience or specialized training in Pediatric Behavioral Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Special Education is highly desirable.
Fluency in Telugu and proficiency in English (knowledge of Marathi or Hindi is an added advantage).
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
